#60 (AFI):
Topper
Year: 1937
Directed by: Norman Z. McLeod
Written by: Eric Hatch, Jack Jevne, Eddie Moran, Thorne Smith
Starring: Cary Grant
Seanbaby: Saying that "Topper is the 60th Funniest Movie of All Time" not only destroys the meaning of the word funny, it starts to destroy the meaning of the number 60. In fact, it's so insane, it's destroying the meaning of words that weren't even in the sentence. And if the AFI's spreading madness costs us the meaning of the word "Protecto-Plasmalectro-Field," you're not going to like it, because that's the only thing keeping the Calculando Calrissian 2000 away from Erik's basket of kittens.

#60 (IFLS):
Happiness
Year: 1998
Directed by: Todd Solondz
Written by: Todd Solondz
Starring: Jon Lovitz, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Lara Flynn Boyle, Jane Adams, Molly Shannon
Seanbaby: On the Internet Film Database, most of the reviewers loved to mention that the creepy pedophile in this movie never got thrown in jail or killed. Here's what they had to say:
"I find it very disturbing that no focus in this movie was given to the punishment that the pedophile received... This problem is all to common in movies; no consequences for ones actions."
"One of the other reviewers mentioned that the film did not show the consequences of the psychiatrist/pedophile who raped young boys. I agree that was not the most responsible filmmaking."
I totally agreed. Bad guys getting away in movies destroys our society. After I saw this movie, I was about to phone the world to say that it's okay to take off little boys' pants, but a local policeman told me that you can't do some things even if the plotline of Happiness almost says it's okay. He did, however, tell me that everything in Die Hard was true.
